Her journey led her to Thorogood, where she has found the perfect intersection of her love for marketing and her deep connection to blue-collar values.

Bianca’s family background has played a pivotal role in shaping her perspective on the value of hard work. Her maternal grandfather’s authentic German meat market is still a local attraction, while her grandfather, father, and uncles’ masonry skills have graced the skylines of cities across the Midwest with iconic structures.

As the wife of a master mechanic, Bianca knows the importance of providing quality work boots that are both comfortable and durable.
