Bianca Boettcher is a dynamic marketing professional and the current Marketing Director at Thorogood. Hailing from Central Wisconsin, Bianca has an intrinsic understanding of the challenges faced by hardworking families, thanks to her upbringing in a blue-collar environment. Before joining Thorogood, Bianca honed her marketing and branding skills at local advertising agencies, with the goal of someday leading a marketing team. Her journey led her to Thorogood, where she has found the perfect intersection of her love for marketing and her deep connection to blue-collar values.
Bianca’s family background has played a pivotal role in shaping her perspective on the value of hard work. Her maternal grandfather’s authentic German meat market is still a local attraction, while her grandfather, father, and uncles’ masonry skills have graced the skylines of cities across the Midwest with iconic structures.
As the wife of a master mechanic, Bianca knows the importance of providing quality work boots that are both comfortable and durable. She understands how important it is to have the proper footwear that can withstand the rigors of a long day on the job, which is a testament to her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of hardworking people everywhere.
Beyond her work, Bianca’s passion for travel, relaxation, and adventure is palpable. She finds solace in exploring the vibrant cultures of tropical destinations and indulging in the sun-soaked beaches of the Caribbean. In addition, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, camping and fishing in Wisconsin’s Northwoods, creating lasting memories with loved ones.
